Road to Jaipur

Expect the unexpected. 

We are in Jaipur for two nights - blue clay, pottery, Bollywood, interesting views. 

The itinerary said one thing and we did most of that... the itinerary said we would go to Jaipur- and we did that. We didn’t do any sightseeing in Delhi and actually our first ‘stop’ was a toilet stop at a MacDonald’s!? Wtf 

I am still trying to find that silver-lining. Yesterday Neeti helped me to get some guava - so tasty! So I have 4 more of those...

Here is the room. Our hotel is an old palace/residence of a Jaipur noble family - it is really interesting.

We took rickshaws to dinner. Which was another cultural event - similar to the gala dinner. There was also a wedding taking place at the venue - so lots of people dressed up. It was neat. It definitely felt like we were crashing someone’s wedding - kind of because we were...
